I am Kamaljyoti Nath, a Research Associate in Applied Mathematics at Brown University, working in the Crunch group with Prof. George Em Karniadakis.
I completed my PhD in 2020 from Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG), Assam, India, in the Civil Engineering Department (Structural Engineering stream). In Silchar, Assam, India, I received my B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar (NITS) in the year 2008. From August 2008 to July 2013, I stayed in Bangalore, India, where I worked at TATA Consulting Engineers Ltd.
I grew up in Sipajhar, Assam , where I completed my high school in 2002, stayed at Guwahati for two years, and completed my intermediate from Cotton College, Guwahati, Assam, India.

Industrial Experience
From January 2024 to June 2024, I worked as a Part-time Consultant for Avrio Industry LLC, a Californian corporation for developing a physics-informed machine learning-based health monitoring and control demonstration on a battery electric vehicle.
From August 2008 to July 2013, I worked at TATA Consulting Engineers Limited, where I worked on Modelling, analysis, design, and design review of civil structures of thermal power plants. Detailing and checking of civil construction drawings.
